Job Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Membership
- Coordinate new members meetings;
- Arrange B2B introductory meetings;
- Compile information on the companies for the meetings;
- Support retention process and annual membership dues collection;
- Facilitate membership Promo campaigns (Proud Member campaign, devoted to membership benefits, members anniversaries, etc.).
2. AmCham Publications Projects
- Recruit member companies to participate and cover maximum number of industries;
- Liaise with all involved parties, coordinate data and information submission to ensure timely project implementation;
- Coordinate delivery to members;
- Fill in the information in publications.
3. Membership Projects
- Coordinate information support to members’ and partners’ events (request needed materials and special participation options for AmCham members, create website pages with announcements);
- Facilitate processes related to AmCham surveys;
- Contribute to big AmCham events projects.
4. Membership Services
- Support Discount Platform project;
- Coordinate Official Service Providers’ projects.
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient spoken and written English and Ukrainian language skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent multitasking capacity;
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a solid customer-driven focus;
- Experience in sales, customer service, or other relevant experience would be an advantage.
