IT Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting the best engineering talent from around the world.
• End-to-end recruitment (post job ad, screening and face-to-face online interviews, candidate selection, offer and contracting).
• Search for candidates (technical roles) using: LinkedIn, XING, forums, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.
• Work closely with the Business Development and HR team.

• You are characterized by a systematic way of working with reliability and a sense of responsibility.
• You think analytically, can grasp new information at lightning speed and have very good rhetorical skills
• Independent management of recruited candidates and process ownership
• You can start immediately and you are long-term oriented to grow with NAXCON.
• English spoken and written is no challenge for you, German is your advantage.
