Responsibilities:
- Recruiting the best engineering talent from around the world.
- End-to-end recruitment (post job ad, screening and face-to-face online interviews, candidate selection, offer and contracting).
- Search for candidates (technical roles) using: LinkedIn, XING, forums, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.
- Work closely with the Business Development and HR team.

- As the first point of contact for our applicants, you keep a cool head and use your tact to handle difficult conversations
- You are characterized by a systematic way of working with reliability and a sense of responsibility.
- You think analytically, can grasp new information at lightning speed and have very good rhetorical skills
- Independent management of recruited candidates and process ownership
- You can start immediately and you are long-term oriented to grow with NAXCON.
- English spoken and written is no challenge for you, German is your advantage.
