Our company is looking for an Office Manager to be responsible for managing office operations and day-to-day activities of our office.
To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in Office Administration. You should be perfect with deadlines and always stick to your commitments. Also, you need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint. A bachelor's degree is required.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors, answering a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Coordinating office activities, appointments, and meetings of the team members
- Reporting, creating presentations
- Coordinating banking and accounting formalities and documents exchange
- Drafting new contracts, composing correspondence
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
- Managing content on the local company website
- Coordinating other activities to keep office life efficient
Office Manager Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent
- From 1 year of experience in office administration
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian
