HR Operations Lead

We are looking for HR Operations Lead that takes initiative to be a forward thinker in a fast growing environment. In this position, you will primarily act as a driver and consultant for company management on all issues related to HR operations processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the administration and proper maintenance of HR policies, processes, and procedures including, but not limited to, employee relations, contract management, benefits
  • Audit and analysis of all HR Operations processes, suggestions and implementation of ideas for optimization, implementation of new business policies and processes and improvement of the existing ones
  • Organizational Structure maintenance and catalog management
  • Conducting various market research with regard to different aspects of HR operations (i.e. benefits package, salary market ranges, etc.), benchmarking analysis and suggesting improvements for the company
  • Coordinate employees' contract management process in the Company
  • Coordinate the process of determining and documenting the candidates' employment eligibility based on background check results, disclosure, and established criteria
  • Coordinate the process of the necessary documents signing with new hires before the start date, completing the joining formalities, and finishing the joining process in BPM
  • Support the cooperation with Language School, administrate the Language School and Education/Certification compensation process for employees
  • Maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures & FAQs related to HR Operations area of responsibility
  • Evaluate employee relations concerns and determine next steps, including ownership and escalation
  • Ensure quality and integrity of all HR data input in the system by performing ongoing audits
  • Calculate and analyze HR Operations KPIs, suggest and implement ideas for improving
  • Maintaining confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets within functional responsibilities
  • Delivery of a secure, reliable service for internal and external stakeholders who need confidence and assurance
  • Compliance with all Company Policies

 Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ of experience in HRM, Organizational Development or related field
  • Fluent English
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a quick moving environment
  • Proven experience in data analysis and management, strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations and independently drive to solutions
  • Understanding of key processes at each stage of HR cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Passionate about continuous improvement approach
  • Experience in a systematic international company is a strong advantage
