Product Service Marketing Manager

Do you know how to manage several projects and how to work with different customers?

We are looking for a Project Marketing Manager for customers of our marketing services. The number of customers is growing so we want to keep providing them with the same level of communication as they are getting now.

Our vision says: "Marketing services as a product that helps grow our business and the client’s business by efficiently scaling work processes and accumulating professional and niche expertise". That’s why our Project managers' goal is scaling businesses and improving the quality of our services. 

Your responsibilities:

• Managing marketing projects, setting up tasks, goals, deadlines;
• Communication with stakeholders for several projects;
• Work with project management software (Jira), being responsible for project’s sprint;
• Outlines creation (detailed tasks for writers);
• Working with marketing materials creation;
• Finding appropriate sites for postings and cooperation;
• Organizing and hosting meetings with clients;
• Time budgeting and time management;
• Human resource allocation for the projects;
• Meeting deadlines.

What experience and skills we are looking for?

• At least 1 year working as an account manager/affiliate manager/marketing project manager/marketing manager in digital, IT sphere;
• Understanding of Fintech, iGaming, or IT spheres would be a big plus but still, it's optional;
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Great management skills;
• Systematic approach e.g. if you write similar messages, you create templates for them and use it all the time, you deliver results on time;
• Desire to learn continuously;
• Empathy and positive mindset.
