SEO Specialist

YOU:

• Love SEO and know all ins and outs of it
• Have a proven track record of defining strategies and tactics to increase relevant website traffic and obtain high rankings in search engines
• Are on good terms with technical, on-page and off-page SEO optimization
• Have in-depth knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, website auditing, backlink strategy and analytics
• Think creatively, strategically, love identifying improvement points and implementing changes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Business results-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of Google Search Console, SemRush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, schema.org, etc.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and good analytical skills
• Proactive approach and autonomy of decision
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Upper-Intermediate level of English

WOULD BE A PLUS:

• Previous experience of working with IT services outsourcing market
• Understanding of B2B and service market, including B2C (career/education)
• Experience with European and US markets
• Successful results with Bing
• Experience in outreach link building for European and US markets
• Experience in drop domains analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES:

AT THE MOMENT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE OVER THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gathering and clustering semantics for 3 in-house websites
• Preparing technical tasks for articles, website pages for copywriters, and controlling the results and On-page SEO
• Involvement in content plans creating
• Controlling the uniqueness of our content and working with Google Copyright Removal tool
• Controlling websites backlinks profiles with accent on white SEO
• Controlling content seeding
• Working with outreach & submits
• Websites auditing and proposing improvement understandable for technical and content teams including internal linking optimization, on SERP SEO. Controlling the implementation

THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES MAY BE ADDED IN FUTURE AS A PART OF YOUR CAREER GROWTH:

• Niche analysis. Analysis of competitors and working approaches including links through redirects and PBN. Formulating hypotheses of growth
• Working with agencies/contractors
• Analyzing trends and growing topics
