Trainee Recruiter

The role

Working as a Trainee Recruiter based in Lviv you will be part of our global HR team, supporting the growth of our team in Lviv. You will:

•  Work as part of our Recruitment Team in Lviv with a key focus on finding, engaging and attracting candidates to join the Dialog team;
•  Source candidate through a range of channels, contacting talent we need to raise awareness of career opportunities at Dialog;
•  Engage in discussions with potential candidates and conduct first stage review of their suitability for our open vacancies;
•  Ensure that Dialog’s candidate experience is a positive and respectful one;
•  Support with recruitment administration where required, such as interview scheduling, managing the recruitment system and job advertising.

What we are looking for

•  Confident verbal and written communication skills;
•  Result-driven person with proactive attitude;
•  Ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment;
•  Upper-intermediate English level;
•  Prior experience with recruitment would be preferable but not essential – we are used to developing people with the right skills and motivation to provide a career path in HR.
