Intern

We are looking to hire Interns to work on various company projects. The intern is the first stage in the career path at Amrop. The next step for successful candidates could be Researcher and then a Consultant. During the interview, you will be able to meet your potential future colleagues who have already completed this path and got their promotion. To be successful as an Intern, you should be an agile person with an analytical mindset,  demonstrate excellent time management and patience in reaching goals.

Intern Responsibilities:

 •         Assisting researchers in Executive search projects by:

- tracking and targeting candidates using a variety of channels

- creating long and shortlists of candidates

- candidates' screening and assessment 

- arranging meetings and interviews, providing support during the projects

- reference checkings

- preparing reports, presentations for clients, etc.

 •         Market research 

 •         CRM (data input, analysis, queries, reports, etc.)

 •         Providing support and assistance to Partners & Consultants

Intern Requirements:

 •         Senior University students are encouraged to apply 

 •         No additional working experience required

 •         Fluent English, Ukrainian, Russian

 •         Analytical mindset

 •         Readiness to deal with strict deadlines

 •         Ability to stick to the commitments made

 •         Proficiency in MS Office

 •         Ability to work with data (collect, structure, analyze and present)

 •         Strong problem-solving skills

 •         An eye for details and exceptional written, verbal communication skills
