We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist, who has a passion for Recruiting technologies. You will achieve new ambitious goals with like-minded persons -one of the strongest Talent Acquisition team.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participating in full life cycle recruitment
Filling in vacancies of Mid to TL/Tech Lead level with various skill-set
Screening, sourcing and analyzing IT market
Executing the Hiring process: preparing job descriptions, facilitating meetings with Technical interviewers and Engineering managers to clarify Interview feedbacks\demand on vacancies, all type Interview scheduling, HR-interview conducting, feedbacks providing/collecting, collaboration with the Hiring manager on Hiring decision-making
Participating in Team reporting preparation
Working in pairs with Talent searchersTake an active part in Lohika PR events and initiatives
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
At least 3+ years of experience full life cycle in IT -recruitment
Successful proven track record of filled vacancies
Experience in IT trends monitoring
Strong computer literacy
Strong sourcing skills
Experience with HR/ERP systems
BS\MS degree in the related areas: HR management, Psychology, Marketing & management, Economic etc.
Well-developed communication & team working skills
At least Intermediate level of English
