A day in the life:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to SAP security role coordination;
- Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or via email. Walk customer through problem-solving process. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;
- Determine nature of problem, run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur. Check conflicts of role assignment (Segregation Of Duties);
- Manage SAP OrgLevel Values and Analysis Authorizations in roles, High Sensitive Role Recertification, Role Basket management.
What will make you successful:
- University degree;
- Experience in Microsoft OS (Win10);
- Experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Access, SharePoint);
- Experience in ServiceNow, User Support Activities and SAP roles’ management will be an advantage;
- Project Management Skills;
- Quick learning skills and ability to adapt to unusual situations;
- Continuous improvement and challenging mindset and ability to drive collaboration towards objectives;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of English (Intermediate or higher: written and verbal)
