A day in the life:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to SAP security role coordination;
  • Respond to queries either in person, over the phone or via email. Walk customer through problem-solving process. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved;
  • Determine nature of problem, run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur. Check conflicts of role assignment (Segregation Of Duties);
  • Manage SAP OrgLevel Values and Analysis Authorizations in roles, High Sensitive Role Recertification, Role Basket management.

What will make you successful:

  • University degree;
  • Experience in Microsoft OS (Win10);
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Access, SharePoint);
  • Experience in ServiceNow, User Support Activities and SAP roles’ management will be an advantage;
  • Project Management Skills;
  • Quick learning skills and ability to adapt to unusual situations;
  • Continuous improvement and challenging mindset and ability to drive collaboration towards objectives;
  • Interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of English (Intermediate or higher: written and verbal)
