Team Leader for B2B sales team

Evergame team Lviv, Ukraine is looking for a hardworking and responsible person for the Team leader position  (Sales Managers team (non-IT products). *MAIN REQUIREMENTS*  

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English  (C1)

- 3+ years as a team lead or in the similar position 

- PC friendly (confident user of Google and Microsoft tools)

*RESPONSIBILITIES* 

- Reach the goals which meet the company’s targets   

- Ability to delegate the tasks among the team 

- Supervise the team and do the regular performance checks  

- Monitor team performance and report if needed (fulfill the meetings with the team members) 

- Train the team members (provide the coaching and motivate the team) 

- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

- Take part in planning and organizing the team–building activities
