Fresenius Medical Care Ukraine is looking for Sales & Marketing Manager.

The holder comprehends and builds this role on the following directions:  
· Focus point for our efforts is the patient,

· Core objective is to take accountability for and drive the overall success of the country

In this context he/she is especially responsible for:

Management and Steering
· Initiates, implements and participates in the implementation of Sales and Marketing projects, in accordance with the received instructions and guidelines

Operations:

1. Design sales and marketing strategy of sales development in Ukraine together  with General Manager and ensure its successful implementation
2. Maintain successful relationship and ensure gaining new customers-providers of  dialysis servises
3. Participate in tenders, preparation of all the necessary documentation,  total support of this procedure until it is successfully finalized.
4. Ensure all the commercial documentation is prepared acc to the company requirements(commercial offers, agreements, specifications for equipment, spare parts and services of our equipment repair (water treatment system and our equipment repair (water treatment and HD equipment) etc.)
5. Build strong relationship and ensure effective communication on the topic of repair and service of our equipment with all the hospitals where our equipment is placed, to guarantee timely equipment repair, maintaining effective cooperation.
6. Create a strategy and develop equipment rent business line.

-Follow and comply with all relevant FME policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time (“FME Policies”)  
Keep oneself updated about the current version of the FME Policies that are relevant for your role and integrate corporate values in daily business  

Training, Knowledge & Skills required*

Advanced and deep knowledge and expertise regarding FMC products, market and suppliers
-  Branch specific knowledge regarding sales specifics of medical products and services
-  Relevant experience (with medical products, esp. medical equipment) in Sales 5+ years
-  MS Office Profound User (Excel, Word, Power Point)
-  Understand basics of data security and compliance
-  Excellent communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills
- Very high social competence paired with persuasiveness and self-confidence, high level of energy and positivity based on a sincere personality  
- Passion for continuous learning, ability to solid apprehension and fast familiarization with new and complex tasks  
-Ability to think strategically and take qualitative decisions even under changing conditions or conflicting requirements  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to organize and analyse data  
- Excellent/ strong ability to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload  
- Highly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient and customer oriented working style  
- Hight level of change, negotiation and conflict management skills  
- Future-oriented, solution-oriented, proactive and out of the box thinking personality
- Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes even under pressure
-  Ukrainian, Russian-native, English-Intermediate or Upper- Intermediate.
