What you have to do:

• Adheres to and implements Hyatt brand standards in daily activities;
• Greets guests in a friendly and efficient manner, handles all Front Office activities including check-in and check-out procedures;
• Provides all necessary information to guests;
• Responds to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all Hotel aspects;
• Assists in the operation of all Front Office Department.

What we expect from you: 

• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Fluent English;
• High level of responsibility;
• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management;
• Team player;
• Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, dynamic, friendly and creative.
