Recruiting Specialist / Talent Sourcer / Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Search, select and headhunt candidates
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, including phone interviews, in-person interviews, and virtual interviews
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by providing timely, accurate, and relevant feedback throughout the process
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment
  • Cooperate directly with international customers and managers 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT recruitment specialist or recruitment agencies
  • Good understanding of IT market and technology trends
  • Experience in full lifecycle recruiting required in Technology/Engineering Industry
  • Ability to lead the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in communication with foreign clients
  • English intermediate
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
