MGE consulting group helps and serves Financial Institutions globally from setting up licensed entities, compliance and on the ground support to correspondent banking, capital raising, and M&A. The group consists of two consulting firms for financial institutions with a focus on the banking and payment industry, a Real Estate Investment Management firm and a Media Production house. The firms are active in Hong Kong, Singapore, Ukraine, Lithuania and Canada.
Job Summary
The Human Resource Administrator will perform administrative HR tasks and services, as well as co-ordination tasks to support effective and efficient operations of the organisation’s human resource department.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Administrator will have the following areas of responsibility:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Organises interviews and tests with external partners
- Performs audits of HR files, vendors, invoices and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
- Gathering information about applicants
- Drafting employment contracts
- Assist with the development of job offers
- Post jobs in selected platforms
- Research and identifies appropriate platforms for job posting in new markets
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- You must be reliable and pro-active
- Strong organisational, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
- Preferably with 3+ years’ experience in administrative role
- Fluent english writing and communication skills, both informally and formally
