We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and talented IT Recruiting Sourcer for our team!
We are a small team working on HealthTech, EdTech and other products. The candidate should have intermediate English skills and perseverance for learning. Experience in recruiting will be a huge plus.
Required skills:
— Recruitment in the product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies;
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
— Experience in direct search techniques, recruiting and hunting tools;
— Strong communication and presentation skills;
— Knowledge of the latest processes and tools in the recruiting field;
— Strong multitasking skills, attention to details;
— Focus on results.
Tasks:
— You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle management (communication with candidates, initial assessment of the CV, conducting interviews, preparation, and support of Job Offers);
— Regular monitoring of the IT markets;
— Creating new ways and approaches to attracting the best specialists;
— Direct communication within different departments (IT, Product, Finance, etc. ).
