Intermediate Travel Specialist

We invite an experienced Travel Specialist to join our Travel and Hospitality team that takes care of logistics and travel service for internal teams and clients within and outside of Ukraine. You will be responsible for client visits, external and internal business trips, visas, and personal travel, offering service-oriented assistance to our specialists and clients. • Adapt and set up processes in the team, including remote work, visas, and business trips activities
• Communicate directly with top management, clients and vendors, improving communication, negotiation, and English skills
• Learn best practices on how to provide top-notch hospitality services that make clients happy

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 1 year' experience as a Travel Specialist
• Upper-Intermediate English is a must
• Readiness to work non-standard hours (including weekends)
• Desire and motivation to learn and deliver high-level services to clients and teams
• Organized thinking and ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivation, self-organization, and the ability to work under pressure

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT or similar position
• Experience with travelling to different countries/working in English-speaking country
• Ability to create well-designed presentations

Key responsibilities:

• Research accommodation options, flights and necessary documentation (passports, visas, etc.)
• Make recommendations on efficient and alternate flight routes, lowest available fares, bookings, travel products, and services
• Research and implement tools for booking
• Verify rates for best fares, corporate and preferred discounts
• Work on documentation and prepare reports
• Track travel spending against budgets and handle the expense process for travel costs
• Assist with visa applications and client visits
