Responsibilities:
- Act as a project manager for several scrum teams
- Take responsibility for making key and fast decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives together with determination of team focus both short/long terms.
- Working in strong collaboration with other teams and their leads \ PMs in building the complex microservice based application.
- Influence on the final product look by the proper discussions of future functionality together with product team, making sure that right answers are asked ahead.
- Lead the certain release pipeline and streams within those: scope analysis, capacity calculation, managing dependencies, release scope proposal, risk management, process monitoring, release progress tracking, bugs triage process, etc.
- Planning involvement for teams’ sprints
- Reporting: sprint level, release level, agenda level
- KPIs / metrics creation and monitoring
- Managing the team’s goals together with the people management and development
- People recruitment and onboarding
- Working on team`s \ overall group continuous improvement principals in processes (dev, test, delivery, etc.) - from the initial idea to the actual implementation and monitoring of the output results
- Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the project status throughout its life cycle.
- Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning
- Documentation of the applied processes
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must:
- Strong technical background
- Hands on experience of the Agile and traditional SDLC, including the Agile scaling methodologies.
- Strong Release Management skills
- Good understanding of Functional and Technical Specifications, Design Documentation, Development, QA processes, source control, maintenance, and deployment procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of risk management approaches.
- Hands on experience of building the metrics, KPIs and visual representation of such data.
- Solid experience of working with requirements and good understanding of requirements lifecycle and project scope.
- Understanding of project scheduling practices and ability to apply them on practice.
- Theoretical and practical awareness of the reporting tools and practices
- High Negotiations expertise
- Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision.
- Solid knowledge of stakeholder management practices
- Excellent communication skills
- At upper-intermediate English Level (write/read/verbal)
