Sales Development Representative (with focus on service providers pool extension)

We are a team of 21 and growing fast; remote-first, with HQ in Mountain View, California, and an office hub in Lviv, Ukraine.

With us, over the past 3.5 years, 200+ startups, Fortune 1000, and Inc.500 companies rapidly ramped up their development with top-quality engineering contractors. Among them are H1 Insights, London Internet Exchange, Maxwell, StratiFi, and Odeko.

Over 270 software outsourcing and outstaffing companies from Latin America and Europe have already joined our invitation-only network to become a part of our unique 20,000+ strong talent pool. Currently, we are seeking an SDR to allow the company to extend our talent coverage to Americas and double general service providers pool before the end of the year.

Key areas of responsibility:

daily cold outreach to leads with a goal to set up ’discovery calls’ through cold emailing, social media, experimental channels (contacts will be provided);

— following-up;

’discovery calls’ conduction having an intention to pre-qualify vendors, share how-to basics related to our platform usage with them, and make an opinion regarding their match to our criteria for vendors;

— transferring pre-qualified vendors for further vetting and final on-boarding;

— outreach analytics and CRM management;

— research on various vendors-related topics.

Requirements:

The following are absolute MUST-HAVEs for this role:

— C1/C2 English (written and spoken);

— 6+ months of experience doing sales development at a tech startup/outsourcing company with a proven track record (revenue generated, conversions, stats, etc.);

— accuracy in keeping track of commitments, transparency in status reporting, timely reminding about changes;

— service- and team-oriented attitude;

— self-motivated and self-organized.

We absolutely want to meet you in case you have B1/B2+ Spanish in addition .
