Lead Generation Specialist

Smart Tek is seeking a smart, active, disciplined and self-driven person to become a part of our Sales Team.

Requirements:

• Understanding of the full lead-generation process;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;

• Internet Researching skills;

• Ability to work with big Google Spreadsheets;

• Ability to handle monotonous work, while being creative to the overall process;

• Result-oriented;

• English Upper-Intermediate and higher.

It would be a plus:

• Previous lead generation experience;

• Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot would be a big plus);

• Experience with LinkedIn platform, Sales Navigator;

• Business analysis skills.

Responsibilities:

Researching companies and prospect contacts according to ideal customer profile;

Responsible for the sales life cycle starting from lead identification, qualification, proposal presentation, commercial negotiations, closing;

Bring potential clients on board and initialize a project;

Cooperation with Sales Team;

Dealing with the CRMs.
