Smart Tek is seeking a smart, active, disciplined and self-driven person to become a part of our Sales Team.
Requirements:
Understanding of the full lead-generation process;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
Internet Researching skills;
Ability to work with big Google Spreadsheets;
Ability to handle monotonous work, while being creative to the overall process;
Result-oriented;
English Upper-Intermediate and higher.
It would be a plus:
Previous lead generation experience;
Experience with CRM systems (Hubspot would be a big plus);
Experience with LinkedIn platform, Sales Navigator;
Business analysis skills.

Researching companies and prospect contacts according to ideal customer profile;
Responsible for the sales life cycle starting from lead identification, qualification, proposal presentation, commercial negotiations, closing;
Bring potential clients on board and initialize a project;
Cooperation with Sales Team;
Dealing with the CRMs.
