Who we need

We are looking for an experienced designer with a strong communication skillset. You should feel comfortable talking to clients about design, presenting ideas, asking questions, clarifying briefs, explaining decisions, etc. Majority of our customers are English-speaking.

In terms of design abilities, you should be able to use Adobe CC fluently. You will be working with corporate guidelines to produce on brand material in close cooperation with other team members.

Our team comprises of three designers and a project manager. The team’s size means that we work closely with one another and collaborate a lot (cross-check each other’s work, look for feedback within the team, etc.).

What you will do

• Work closely with the team to deliver on brand solutions that address the client’s needs

• Take an active part in meetings to get information, present or discuss projects and processes with the clients (most of the meetings are in English)

• Deliver designs in a timely fashion

• Work on projects big and small, from a humble tiny banner to outdoor campaigns

• Design mostly according to client’s branding guidelines, making sure to stay consistent with previous projects and exploring new routes where possible

Must requirements

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience as a Designer
• Fond of InDesign, well acquainted with other major Adobe CC products. Any other design software is a plus
• Good understanding of publication design. You should be able to take a brochure from concept designs to print file
• Good communication skills, it’s a plus if you have worked with clients directly before
• Good command of English
