We are looking for a real SMM professional to join our eCommerce company to raise brands awareness and purchase of our products: electrical devices that make homes comfortable, and beauty/cosmetic tools for personal care. 

We want you to implement the best practices to ensure positive customer engagement, experience, and consistency of our 2 brands on the USA market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience in SMM
• You know how to address message for each social media platform
• Excellent communication skills to express our brand’s views creatively
• Ability to deliver creative content: text, image, and video
• Excellent copywriting skills and content management
• You are an organized self-starter and positive team-player
• English B2
• You can make a collaboration with English-speaking influencers successful

Responsibilities:

• Generate, edit, and publish content daily that builds meaningful connections and encourages customers to take action
• Oversee social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
• Work with influencers and manage social media influencers campaigns
• Conducting A/B testing of new approaches
• Competitor’s analysis / benchmarking
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner
• Joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and 'soft selling' the product by providing support to current and prospective customers
• Collaborate with other team-members: PM, Designer, Marketing Manager
• Ensure compliance with the law e.g., copyright and data protection
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media tools
• Create reports which contain analysis on ROI, and further recommendations
