Email Marketing Specialist

An online marketing company is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist/Analyst.

Requirements:

• Experience in email marketing
• Advanced knowledge of e-mail marketing — the ability to collect and analyze statistics, the ability to search for the best mail + subject combinations based on statistics, knowledge of the principles of blacklisting, whitelisting, etc.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms
• Attention to detail, perfectionism
• English language sufficient to allow text communication
• Experience in creating / editing e-mails using one of the visual editors (e.g. Mailchimp / Iterable / Exacttarget / Bee or another)
• Knowledge of the principles of RWD in creating e-mails
• Ability to configure e-mail sending etc.

Task range:

• Collecting statistics from different platforms in one place, collecting statistics from different projects, etc.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Testing / checking emails — checking if links, content, images are correct and consistent with the source text.
• Supervision of e-mail sending — creating a schedule for sending e-mails (among others so that e-mails / topics to them do not repeat, to test all variants as soon as possible), checking if e-mails are correctly queued
• Create email templates
• Email testing — checking if the content is fully consistent with the source text, if the links are correct, alt. tags in pictures, etc.
• Queuing e-mails — configuring them to be sent in a specific order or on a specific date and time
