Specialist, Talent Brand

Responsibilities:

• Supporting recruitment marketing and employer branding projects
• Coordinating campaigns for attracting graduate and experienced candidates
• Maintaining relationships with universities, youth organizations and suppliers
• Coordinating social media and other digital activities
• Assisting with internal communications projects
• Maintaining related databases
• Working closely with Markets Department around markets driven opportunities and initiatives

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment / recruitment marketing / employer branding
• Employer branding knowledge
• Business correspondence and copywriting skills – excellent literacy and structure
• Fluent Ukrainian and English (both oral and written)
• Proactive approach to Social Media activity
• Experience in events organization
• Readiness for public speaking 
• Strong IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
• Result-oriented, energetic, proactive, self-organized
