License Manager (Purchase, Support)

Responsibilities:

• Software procurement;

• Negotiation with software vendors;

• Maintenance of a register of all software and software licenses;

• Interaction with Legal Department on license agreement concordance with internal regulation; 

• Supervision of company risk of license agreement violations and legal costs associated to those violations;

• Running the license balance;

• Development of software usage policies;

• Participation in Software Asset Management (SAM) development

Requirements:

• 1+ years experience in a relevant position;

• Upper-intermediate level of English;

• Experience in patent, software, digital technology, or software licensing, namely with Autodesk, Allegorithmic, Adobe licensing and agreements, and online subscriptions;

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills including effective writing and presentation skills
