Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who will support and implement marketing efforts across all lead generation channels. An ideal candidate should be able to analyse marketing data & metrics in highly competitive English-speaking niches. The specialist will also be involved in creating compelling promotional content and fulfil media strategies with an in-house marketing team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience developing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives and communication strategies    

• Direct experience managing a marketing budget across multiple channels

• Strong leadership in marketing project management and development

• Familiarity with fast-shifting industry dynamics    

• Experience building out a marketing/creative team    

• Creative problem solver who can courageously propose and support new ideas

• Ability to adapt. An ideal candidate will welcome the opportunity to solve a broad range of problems using a wide array of technologies.

• Comfortable with ambiguity, shifting priorities and general growth pains

• Strong work ethic and ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced work environment

• Detail oriented and organized, with confident analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategies and execute marketing activities to maximize sales and strengthen main indicators

• Keep pace with marketing trends and developments

• Work with the team to create an amazing content, including promotional posts and ads 

• Analyse market potentials and competition

• Assist in implementing new product launches and events

• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels

• Monitor, analyse and improve effectiveness of promotional campaigns across different channels
