You have

• 3 year+ of recruiting experience (IT and Product vacancies)
• Experience in a multi-national environment
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and channel
• Experience in conducting interviews and forming a profile of candidates
• Advanced English level
• Good communication skills

As a plus

• HR experience
• Working experience in a product company

Your responsibilities

• Organize the full-cycle recruitment process
• Сonduct adaption process
• Coordinate administrative tasks
• Help with other internal HR processes.
