It’s a great opportunity because you will:
- learn the best practices of all the stages of recruitment (will begin from sourcing);
- know how to search for developers and all the involved in the creation of web / mobile products;
- know how to create a portrait of the desired candidate and apply it to real ones;
- get to know the sourcing resources;
- learn the scope of technologies for the software development.
It would be nice if you have:
- love for people
; - enthusiasm to develop in this area;
- understanding of the IT sphere and specialists that are in it;
- knowledge of the development team structure and roles of its members;
- English — Upper-Intermediate.
Will be a plus:
- understanding of the IT market;
- minimum experience as a sourcer / recruiter / HR;
- knowledge of development technologies.

Internship conditions:
- full-time internship takes 3 months with 1000 UAH per month payment (duration can be shortened)
- after internship begins the 3 — month trainee period with $350 per month salary.
- after internship and trainee period the employee will receive $500 per month salary with a review twice a year.
