Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
Ability to start and run all the work processes in teams (10-15 people);
Facilitation Skills;
Good communication skills (ability to hear and listen, ability to negotiate);
Flexibility;
Motivation skills
English — Intermediate.
Responsibilities:
Working as a Scrum Master in the product development team, organising and improving the effectiveness of the scrum team process;
- Training in Scrum Framework, implementation of an agile approach to product development team management;
- Assisting the product owner in the work on the product vision, formation and prioritization of the backlog;
- Organising the transparency of the Scrum team process;
- Assist in resolving difficult or conflicting situations within the team
- Facilitating meetings- Working within the organisation, introducing agile approaches to organisation management
Would be a plus:
Certification or courses on Scrum; Mentoring or Coaching Skills; Working with teams (the ability to understand the internal climate of the collective).
