We invite successful and talented analyst to the Sales Fin Analyst role.

Essential Competencies of the Role: This list of competencies is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other areas of responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

• Planning and governance over promo budget and CDA (Customer Development Agreements = Trade spend) in D&A (Discounts & Allowances) in the business unit (BU) for 3PD (third party distributors) & TT (traditional trade) channels for all categories (Juice, Beverages, Snacks, Dairy)
• Improve process of D&A management and control in 3PD & TT channels with close interaction with Sales and Trade-marketing teams
• Analyse promo efficiency in TT & 3PD channels, work with ROI and incrementality improvement
• Create D&A investment matrix to unify approach on level of investments in relevant channels
• Identify opportunities and drive actions for trade spend efficiency across clients, channels and expenses types
• Drive execution of D&A for all categories in 3PD & TT channels via monthly review and analysis
• Participate in Channels strategy development and strategic plans execution

Required Qualifications:

• Higher Education - mandatory
• Intermediate English language skills
• 3+ years working experience in Finance or Analytics
• Experience of working in Sales Finance/ with Sales in FMCG – desirable
• Strong analytical skills – ability to review complex data, to work with macros and other big data analytics tools; to understand the facts and the situation with D&A in channels to track and develop recommendations
• Proactivity, time management and communication skills
• PC skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point) at the advanced user level
