Marketing and office manager

Our client- Ukrainian daughter company of the European leading manufacturer of seed processing and grain storage equipment is loking for Marketing manager

Functions

• Promote positive image of the Employer and innovative equipment of the company at the market
• Prepare texts about the company and its projects for mass and social media, press release and news writing, develop website
• Prepare required documents and materials (presentations, spreadsheets, analytics)
• Bilingual translation – preparation of the bilingual versions (English-Ukrainian) of the quotations and contracts
• Business correspondence in English
• Office management – to order and organize everything required for daily operation of the office, arrange office life at high standard
• Organization of business trips 

Requirements to candidate

• English – advanced level
• Ukrainian, Russian – native
• Advanced PC user 

Personal characteristics

• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Well-bred speech both verbal and written (Ukrainian-Russian-English)
• Attentive for details
• Responsibility, proactivity and persistency
• Ability to work in a team
• Non conflict nature
  

Conditions of work

• Office in the city center
• Full time employment
• 5 days working week
• Holidays – 27 calendar days
