You will be working with International Oil and Gas companies from the Top 10 list to understand their business cases, gather requirements, and simplify requirements for your development team. You will need good experience in all Oil and Gas production life-cycle to quickly understand the business problems and with the help of your team find potential solutions.

YOU ARE

• Experienced in software and enterprise solutions product management role
• Confident in an analysis role from requirements through to design
• Able to communicate effectively with development teams to accomplish project goals
• Capable of managing multiple stakeholders on the best course of action for the product
• Able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
• Experienced in Agile development methodologies
• Having a deep understanding of operations in the Oil & Gas industry
• Excellent in oral and written communication and presentation skills

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Managing execution for a specific product from initial product definition and planning through production/release and end of lifecycle
• The Agile process to develop user stories and requirements
• Analyzing market and end-user needs
• Serving as the central resource with user experience, architecture, development over the entire product life cycle
• Managing the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement)
• The Scrum team to clarify requirements, balance business needs with technical requirements, and recommend alternative technical approaches to meet design requirements
• Regular traveling will include conferences and meetings as requested
