Junior IT Recruiter

We are currently looking for a talented junior recruiter, who will be responsible for recruiting and sourcing for open Technical, and other positions.  

Required skills

• 1+ year of experience in IT recruiting ;
• understanding of the local IT job market
• Strong networking skills and ability to create trusting relationships with candidates;
• Result-oriented and responsible person with a positive attitude;
• Your strong attention to details;
• good spoken and writing English.

Responsibilities

• Searching candidates and headhunting IT specialists of all level;
• Screening CV according to requirements;
• Improving skills and participating in the full-cycle recruitment process in the future;
• Collaboration with recruitment team department; 
• Maintaining relationships with candidates and building a strong positive passive pipeline.
