Junior IT Recruiter

Cieden is a digital product design and marketing agency that’s developing rapidly and looking for a talented IT Recruiter to join our team.

Will Be a Plus:

• experience in IT recruitment or/and experience in sourcing designers;
• your basic knowledge of web design.

You'll Do:

• publishing job postings and processing incoming applications;
• continuously build and engage a pipeline of candidates through sourcing & networking;
• selection of relevant candidates using different tools and methods;
• Interviewing candidates on earlier stages (telephone screening, personal interview, English check etc.);
• leading a candidate from the first contact to hire;
• active cooperation with Talent Manager and Marketing team to effectively build Cieden's Employee Brand;
