Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter
• Providing full cycle of recruitment
• Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
• Good knowledge of IT market
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical skills
• Self-organization and responsible
• English — intermediate

Responsibilities:

• collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
• developing job descriptions
• advertising job availability through online channels and other media
• search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources;
• performing in-person and phone/Skype interviews with candidates
• coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• performing reference and background checks
• creating written reports that detail candidate advantages and disadvantages, along with recommendations for which to hire
