A job where you'll be challenged and have the most fun working in through tech-enabled experiences.YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:Our People Operations team is looking for a highly-motivated HR professional to join us as People Operations Generalist in our office in Kiev. The newcomer will manage operational projects and deliver excellence to our associates and employees through providing high standards of HR administration and HR documentation processing for the CIS market.BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:

  • Manage People Operations on-boarding process for new hires in the CIS region
  • Administer employment contracts and ensure the terms and conditions are in line with internal and legal processes, as well as local governing laws
  • Ensure the employee’s onboarding process is completed and processed
  • Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation
  • Explain HR-Related policies, procedures, laws and standards to new employees
  • Manage Personnel Administration / Employee Relations like absences and leave management in coordination with the Payroll team (sick leaves, maternity and paternity leaves)
  • Assist termination processes, ensuring that all proper termination paperwork has been completed and signed
  • Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transfers, promotions and terminations
  • Process all personnel’s action forms and ensure proper approvals
  • Assist and advise the People Partners on employee relation issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed and paperwork completed and filed, keeping lines of communication open between People Partners and the People Operations team
  • Respond to questions regarding Labor Law, policies and procedures 
  • Ensure that all pertinent payroll information is submitted and communicated to Payroll Department on a timely manner
  • Conduct audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data
  • Administer and implement benefit plans (Private Health insurance, gym benefits, meal vouchers, transport vouchers and childcare vouchers)
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations concerning all aspects of employment in the CIS region

YOU HAVE:

  • 1+ years of HR/Administrative experience, preferably at a regional level
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and Labor laws and regulations
  • Good attention to detail and great organization and time-management skills
  • Autonomy and proactivity with strong sense of confidentiality and urgency
  • Fluency in English
