We are looking for Personal Assistant
Main responsibilities:
In-house team
- Creating checklists and guides
- Onboarding new team members
- Supervising tasks
- Daily task scheduling and debriefing
Third Party Contractors
- Conducting a tender
- Finding the best service provider
- Negotiations and contract signing
Client management
- Maintaining communication (correspondence/calls/calendars) with clients
- Scheduling and organising meetings/calls + meeting summaries
- Create tasks based on client needs
- Task management
- Billing
- Budgets control
Personal tasks
- Planning and coordinating the director's working schedule
- Preparation and organisation of business trips and meetings
- Maintaining social networks
- Participation in solving organisational personal issues; administrative support
Requirements:
- English - intermediate, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, open and friendly approach
- Organisational skills (understanding the SMART approach and Ghants diagram)
- Ability to work with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good knowledge of Spreadsheets (Google Drive)
Will be an advantage
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Understanding Facebook marketing
- HR management
