Group Account Director

VMLY&R is looking for a Group Account Director

Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 3 years minimum on a similar level position (agency, client side);
• Advanced English level;
• Direct experience of development, implementation, and ongoing management of multi-touch point communication programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to team, including the creative across all disciplines;
• Take responsibility for the agency's output in the long term, including initiatives that drive multi touch point communication;
• Responsible for business objectives and profitability on Client;
• Know and act on the critical issues that head up Client agendas;
• Be respected by Client up to decision making level;
• Understand the Client's operating culture and how communication serves the business objectives;
• Be responsible for the long term planning of all Client projects and initiatives;
• Ensure that projects are adequately resourced and meeting both Client and agency objectives;
• Able construct project fee proposals present and sell to Client;
• Able to recognise when an idea has potential to work across multi touch points and to encourage creative to go further than the brief;
• Build a strong rationale and sales arguments when presenting work to Сlient;
• Be active leader working with creative's to 'make the sale';
• Be able to provide strategic input on brand communication issues.
