Currently, we are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to help us achieve our next goals in growth. You will also act as the recruiting leader and manage the entire recruitment cycle, including pre-consultation, recruiting strategy, and its actual implementation.
Requirements:
5+ years of IT recruitment experience.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
English: upper-intermediate or above.
Experience in team management will be a benefit.
Responsibilities:
Search and select candidates (mostly Middle/Senior IT roles) and match the right people with the right projects.
Manage all recruitment stages (gather job requirements, coordinate interview processes, etc.).
Solve different recruitment-related questions with clients and Managers/Team Leads.
Take an active part in the implementation and optimization of the recruitment process.
