Reception Administrator

We are looking for Reception Administrator on full time basis to support Office Administration function at the reception in Head Office of JTI Ukraine.

What are we looking for? 

To be successful in the role, you have: 

• Working experience (experience in administrative position) 

• Client-oriented mindset and responsible attitude to work 

• Friendly personality with natural interest in people 

• Ability to work with several tasks and projects effectively 

• Attentiveness to details 

• Minimum upper-intermediate English 

• Fluent Ukrainian and Russian 

• Experienced user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel) 

What will you actually do? 

• Welcome visitors 

• Manage phone calls, incoming and outgoing mails, deliveries and other correspondence 

• Maintain office space, control office services and processes (ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image at all times) 

• Organize the purchase of office stationery and other items. Build effective and long-term relations with suppliers 

• Coordinate related documents & payments flow, prepare reports and analysis if required
