DESCRIPTION

EPAM is looking for a Junior HR specialist for RD unit who is communicative and curious, open-minded and pro-active. Who leads by example and plainly solves conflicts and finds compromises. Who possess both excellent analytical skills and restless creative mind, and who is always eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain full employee lifecycle (Adaptation, Onboarding, 1on1s, Feedback, Recognition, teambuilding, etc.)
  • Communicate with the managerial team of the Unit on the regular basis
  • Act as an advisor of EPAM managers on any HR-related issues
  • Implement and support monitoring employees' satisfaction rate within a Unit
  • Set up the regular reporting and evaluation of the key Unit KPIs within a department
  • Implement and coordinate HR strategy for a definite unit, and in case of necessity act as a driver of changes that would bring the unit to better overall results
  • Strengthen and support the company internal HR brand and internal communications within the Unit

REQUIREMENTS

  • Be aware of current trends in IT industry, HR functioning and be able to come up with relevant HR solutions
  • Have at least half of a year of HR practical experience (recruiting is also welcome)
  • HR related education or completed HR courses
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
  • Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data
  • Brilliant interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness, and ability to professionally navigate in unfamiliar circumstances
  • Have strong capacity to gain general knowledge as well as to learn the new professional tools and techniques on the most efficient level
  • Goal-oriented team player, which shows courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance
