Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruitment from 1 year and more
• General understanding of technologies in the IT sphere
• English skills - strong Intermediate level and higher 
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Result-oriented, responsible team player
• Intelligent, professional, diplomatic way of communication with candidates, clients and colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-cycle recruitment of IT specialists
• Search for candidates using different sources and tools
• Contacting candidates and coordination of all interview stages (technical internal and customer interviews)
• Scheduling and conducting interviews
