Head of the Sales Department of Logistics Services

American freight forwarding company Empire National Inc. together with its polish logistic partner opens a new office in Warsaw and is looking for the Head of the Sales Department of Logistics Services.

Our expectations for the applicants are:

-       2 years of working experience in a similar position.

-       Required to have your own shipper base.

-       Strategic thinking, ability to achieve goals.

-       Rapid adaptation in the logistics market as well as needs analysis. 

-       Management skills.

• Fluent in English and Polish. It’s a big advantage, if you know additionally one of the following languages: German, French or Spanish;

Be ready to:

-       organize and control the work of the sales division

-       optimize logistic efficiency and operations costs

-       process shipment requests

-       handle transport documentation

-       proactively seek, engage and build long-term partnerships with potential clients

-       supervise implementation of projects and organization of work inside the team 

-       organize active interaction with the team to broadcast the vision of the project and its development strategy;

-       collect and analyze information on effective search for new clients and develop the company's client base;

-       develop relations with corporate clients and be able to find an individual approach to each shipper;

-       build personal networking on social media.
