Responsibilities

You will define, lead, implement and evaluate our digital marketing efforts, including social media, websites, blogs, influencers/experts, emailing and others.

Working with Head of Marketing Europe, you will be responsible of setting-up proper KPIs and ROI metrics that reflect Company business goals. You will design, manage, execute and control digital media project and campaigns, by coordinating and support the creation and localization of digital content. You will communicate within matrix structure: European Marketing team, local Markets representatives and heads and Marketing HQ team.

The main goal of your activity is to grow Members base and increase Members engagement leading to achieving Company targets. You will help your colleagues in 11 European markets by managing and delivering centrally executed digital projects end-to-end and to mentor, oversee, standardize and measure their local digital media activities. Another part of your job will be to suggest or implement digital marketing activities and tools.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge and experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, we also welcome agency background

• English proficiency (at least B2)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Efficient analytical and project management skills

• Bachelor degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field it’s a plus

• Ability to navigate within the matrix structure
