Lead Generation Specialist

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in IT sales as a lead generation specialist or an SDR with proven experience of successful lead generation campaigns;
- Understand the full pre-& sales cycle;
- Be up to date with the latest sales trends;
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- “God is in detail!” — High attention to details is mandatory
- Analytical mindset;
- An upper-intermediate level of English (writing skills at least) is a must;

Advantage:

- Track record of KPIs from a previous company and\or references from supervisor;

Responsibilities:

- Lead outbound sales: active search for new clients on different resources/platforms and qualify them;
- Perform and keep KPIs;
- Define and set up the process to increase the number of prospects sent to the engagement stage;
- Communication with prospects, and creation of outreach sequences;
- Analyze the performance of the outreach sequences and conversion rates. Improve sequences based on analysis;
