DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

• - Linux servers' setup, administration, maintenance.
• - Microsoft Windows Servers knowledge and experience is a plus.
• - Strong L2/L3 networking switching/routing knowledge and experience with Linux 2.6+, ipv6 concepts' knowledge is a plus.
• - Strong knowledge/experience of basic Internet services/protocols and their Linux implementations (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, SMTP(S), FTP)
• - Good understanding of virtualization technologies' differences, experience with either of modern virtualization solutions' is a plus.
• - Strong bash scripting skills, posix shell scripting is a plus.
• - Python/Perl basics.

Responsibilities:

• - Solve complex Linux issues in dev/stage/lab/production hypervisors' clusters as well as in virtualized customer containers/VMs
• - Develop creative solutions to complex technological challenges.
• - Maintain, develop and improve automation for large scale dev/stage and production clusters/environments.
• - Deploy, upgrade production clusters/environments with minimal downtime.
• - Harden operating systems against compromise.
• - Work closely with R&D and QA teams to maintain, develop and improve their environments.
