Remote Personal Assistant (German)

CMC is an international tax advisory firm. We are based in Larnaca, Cyprus. Since 2011 we are providing our clients with company incorporations, tax consulting, accounting and residency in Cyprus. 

Now we are searching for a Personal Assistant for the Director. This position is fully remote. Perfect knowledge of German and English is a must. 

Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Director to ensure the smooth management of his day to day affairs, and the most effective use of his time.

Main responsibilities:

  • Arranging phone appointments and meetings with clients. 
  • Organizing the schedule of meetings, zoom and phone appointments. 
  • Handling incoming calls, enquiries and requests.
  • Assisting in following up with prospects and clients. 
  • Developing and maintaining good communication and working relationships with clients.

  • Tracking records of all interactions with prospects and clients in CRM.
  • Produce documents, quotations, reports and presentations for the Director.

  • Managing Director’s travel arrangements (including booking tickets/accommodation).

Skills and qualifications:

  • Perfect knowledge of German and English. (German without an accent.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening and good communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary or Business Assistant is preferable.
