Cloud Support Engineer

Global international IT company SoftwareOne - IT solutions provider (Software, Cloud, Consulting & Services). We are looking for experienced and motivated Cloud Support Engineer (Microsoft O365, Azure) who possess a unique balance of technical depth and strong interpersonal skills.

If you have the experience/knowledge required, you have the chance to join the team as they help individuals and businesses take their computing infrastructures and applications into the Cloud.

 Area of responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for customers related to Microsoft O365/or Azure Cloud Support issues.
• Learn and use groundbreaking technologies
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers' individual needs
• Interact with leading technologists around the world
• Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal Cloud Support teams on how to improve our services
• Drive customer communication during critical events
• Drive projects that improve support-related processes and our customers’ technical support experience
• Obtain and maintain vendor certifications.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge or demonstrated technical experience in a variety of Exchange Server versions and/or current Outlook, SharePoint, Teams versions.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure Services will be an advantage.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Security & Compliance Features and Authentication protocols.
• Good knowledge of user account administration (Microsoft Office 365 / Azure Active Directory).
• Experience supporting O365 applications.
• English – not lower upper-intermediate level.
• Ukrainian, Russian - fluent
