DESCRIPTION

Our client is one of the world's leading communications services companies. It was established in 1980. It is the largest mobile network operator in the UK, with more than 30 million customers and the largest operator of 4G services in Europe.

Currently, we are looking for Content Editor – CMS based role the scope of which includes updating content on Web and App, editing, fixing, testing, applying rapid changes provided by Marketing/Market Content team – Works based on instructions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating pages in CMS and web tools for use on websites using content provided
• Editing content in websites to update them accurately
• Basic editing of images such as cropping to fit website use
• Reporting on progress on changes
• Managing workload to ensure delivery is made to plan
• Creating user guides and training teams in the use of the solution
• Communicating with client for requests and clarification
• Applying best practice approaches to page creation

REQUIREMENTS

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience working across multiple tasks in parallel to deadlines
• Practical knowledge of HTML
• Proactive self-starter not afraid to ask the right questions
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Copywriting experience would be a plus
• Experience of using CMS (preferably AEM)
• Experience of using tools to crop images e.g. SnagIt
• Must have an eye for detail and accuracy
• Advanced English level, both spoken and written (C1)
