Receptionist/Office manager (International Company)

Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving incoming office calls.
  • Greet and meet clients, suppliers, interact with couriers and visitors.
  • Office management: interact with office suppliers to fulfill office needs on full and time manner, works with administrative agreements, controlling invoices are received and paid in time.
  • Documents administering: working with incoming and outgoing correspondence, fulfilling corporate database in paper and digital. 
  • Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including senior managements. Handles confidential and non-routine information.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Essential Qualifications: 

  • Fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages.
  • Strong communication skill and ethics knowledge.
  • Knowledge of software which includes, but is not limited to; Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good business writing, editing and proofreading skills.  Must communicate professionally both orally and in writing.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the same role, the experience obtained in international/multinational companies is a plus. 
  • Higher education.
  • Team player, open-minded, friendly attitude.
